Title I Information and Reading Intervention

Each year, we will hold an annual meeting to inform you of our school’s participation in Title I, explain Title I requirements, and explain your right to be involved.

We will offer a flexible number of meetings at various times throughout the year to formulate suggestions and participate in decisions relating to the education of your child.

This will include parent teacher conferences, student showcases, and literacy nights.

You will be involved in the planning, reviewing, and improvement of Title I programs. 

During our annual meeting and throughout the year, you will get information about our Title I program.

You will be provided a description and explanation of the curriculum in use during intervention, the forms of assessment used to measure student progress, and the proficiency levels students are expected to meet.

This will be in the form of newsletters, progress reports, midterms, during conferences, and information at Parent Information Night.

Every year, you will get an interpretation of your child’s performance report. This report will be from NWEA and/or MAP Testing. 

During the year, you will be able to provide feedback on our Title I program.

Comments and data from the feedback will be used to improve our School Parent Involvement Plan for the following year
